A supporting capability, not a lead offer.

Northpoint is a contractor support consultancy, not a BIM bureau. Digital and BIM workflows are used where they make a real difference to project control, coordination, and information flow on site. Where they do not, the work reverts to practical written review and reporting.

The capability is used to strengthen the three lead services: planning and programming, NEC process support, and technical review and quality reporting.
