Three lead offers, one supporting capability.

Planning and Programming, NEC Process Support, and Technical Review and Quality Reporting are the three lead services, the ones contractors typically bring Northpoint in for. BIM and Digital Support is included as a supporting capability, applied where digital workflows strengthen project control and coordination, not as a lead offer.

Each service is scoped to the specific need: a tender programme, a construction programme review, an NEC process review, a technical or coordination review, a snagging or defect inspection. Retained arrangements are available where contractors need external senior support on an ongoing basis.
